The founders

Two founders from beneath the same headland.

Anthony and Matt grew up around Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, looking out at North Head. Today Anthony runs finance and operations for a family office in Montréal, and Matt runs technology for a leadership-development firm. North Head puts the two halves together: the work, done properly, and the platform that proves it’s done.

Anthony Bennett

Anthony lives the problem North Head solves. He runs finance and operations for a family office in Montréal: the entities, the banks, the bills, the K-1s and the reporting.

He trained in audit at KPMG, then spent seven years as a Chartered Accountant in Sydney providing CFO and advisory services to private companies and high-net-worth clients, including capital raises and scaling a boutique firm. He went on to run group operations, the budget and monthly reporting at Trovio Group in Sydney, and then served as COO of its Singapore subsidiary, leading carbon-credit and low-carbon fuel transactions with global energy companies from inception to delivery.

Anthony wrote North Head’s operating model and leads client service.

Technology
Co-founder · Technology & platform

Matt Ingersole

Matt builds the platform. He has spent his career putting finance systems and, lately, AI agents into production, and he knows NetSuite from the inside.

He is Chief Digital & Information Officer at a leadership-development firm, where he built the technology function from the ground up across platforms, data, security, AI and pricing, and led an AI-first support transformation featured in an Atlassian case study. The CEO Magazine named him one of its Innovators for 2026.

Before that he was CTO of Quantaco, a division of PKF serving Australian hospitality, whose platform carried around $500 million in revenue and payroll for 4,000 employees, and the architect of Salesline, behind the company’s 2023 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies ranking. He was a founding partner of PKF Digital, and before that spent a decade consulting across Australia and North America, leading the ERP & Digital Strategy practice at Fronde and running NetSuite and digital-transformation practices.

Why the two of us

Most firms have the people or the platform. We built both.

The work

Anthony runs a family office today. He knows where the K-1s get stuck, which wires need a second path, and what a principal actually wants to see on a Sunday night.

The platform

Matt has built finance platforms on NetSuite for clients across two continents. The ledger, the dashboard and the agents doing the grinding are his to get right.

Two accountants

A Chartered Accountant and a CPA. We speak your controller’s language and your auditor’s, and we hold the books to the standard they expect.
